AST dental lab specializes in CAD/CAM restorations, fixed and removable implant cases, crown and bridge, and cosmetic dentistry.
Replace one or more missing teeth by anchoring to existing teeth. While a crown is used to cover an existing tooth, a dental bridge is used to fill in the missing space caused by one or more lost teeth. A bridge is made up of one or more false teeth with one crown on either end of the bridge.
Custom Titatium Abutments with crowns which are cemented. Screw Retained Implant Crowns, one piece restorations. From single restorations to full arch bridges all supported by dental implants are made in PFM, Zirconia and e.max. Screw Retained Hybrid Dentures fall into this category as well.
We utilize the latest processes, equipment, and materials to craft these full-arch prostheses. We strive with every complete denture case to help your patients forget they are wearing a prosthesis so they can live their lives with confidence. Our team ensures that every denture offers perfect fit, comfort, and suction, so your patients never have to worry about slippage.
Fabricated in both Traditional and Digital workflows. Traditional uses standard Wax Bites and Try In stages with final processing done by packing or injecting Acryic to stock or premium denture teeth. Digital dentures are dentures that are created from start to finish… digitally. The impressions are done using digital scanning of the mouth, and the dentures are designed, based on these scans, in a computer and then printed using 3D printing technology.
A hybrid denture is a type of implanted denture designed to improve the support and strength of your dentures. Like removable dentures, hybrids sit on top of the teeth and gums. However, they are secured with screws to the dental implant and cannot be removed without the help of an implant dentist.
Porcelain fused to metal, or PFM restorations have been a standard in restorative dentistry for more than three decades. During that time, dentists around the world have adopted PFM crowns and bridges due to the versatility for use, as well as their ability to be matched to surrounding teeth. PFM crowns provide an excellent balance between resilience and esthetics. The underlying metal portion of the restorations provides long-lasting durability while the porcelain outer layer delivers a natural-looking appearance.
A night guard is a custom fabricated piece of acrylic that fits over your teeth similar to how a retainer does. By covering the teeth, this acrylic acts to protect your teeth from hitting and coming into contact with each other, which in turn can prevent tooth wear, cracks, gum recession, and tooth movement.
AST Dental lab offers a full range of fixed dental restorations. The combination of highly skilled technicians and state of the art technology make it possible for AST Dental to match products to even the most complex cases. AST's Quality Control process is split into three segments to ensure that completed cases are crafted precisely to the doctor's prescription. Our passion for quality has remained our reputation, and we strive to always institute the highest level of quality control.
